In a really ironic twist, I have found that I get far better application support from applications (both free and paid) on the AppStore for my iPhone than with any other “normal” apps on my PC or my Mac. I have had issues with about four programs and each time I sent mail to the given address on the AppStore page and within usually a few hours got some kind of an answer. The best support I found goes to Baby Geek who worked desperately to get me back up and running. Anyway, I thought that in the world of Microsoft and so forth, getting any kind of response back is almost a miracle.
So sometimes you get far more than what you pay for 🙂
